Thmorgan Bio's "After-sales Service Tour" brought us to the Beijing Institute of Product Quality Supervision and Inspection. The Beijing Institute of Product Quality Supervision and Inspection (referred to as "BQTI" for short) is a comprehensive scientific research and legal inspection and testing institution directly under the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau. It mainly undertakes public welfare and compulsory inspection tasks such as product quality supervision and random inspection, risk monitoring, production license inspection, and compulsory certification (CCC) inspection assigned by government authorities. Its testing capabilities cover a very wide range, almost all important consumer goods and some industrial products. It provides authoritative testing technical support for the economic and social development of the capital, industrial upgrading, market supervision, and consumer rights protection.
About
Beijing Thmorgan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. It is a modern enterprise integrating the research and development, design, production and intelligent manufacturing of life science instruments and equipment. The company's headquarters is located in Beijing, China, and its production base is in Dezhou, Shandong. Thmorgan's products cover four major sectors: biodegradation equipment, fermentation equipment, genetic engineering equipment, and sample pretreatment equipment.
Compostable infrared biodegradation analyzers: M2400, M1200, M9000 series, which adopt composting culture and infrared detection, can simultaneously detect more than two gases such as carbon dioxide and methane, meeting the national standard GB/T 19277-1. The instrument features an upper-opening design, making operation simple and convenient. Manual sampling can be conducted during the experiment, making it suitable for biodegradation process research. M2400plus and M1200plus series, which also adopt composting culture and infrared detection, can simultaneously detect more than two gases such as carbon dioxide and methane, meeting the national standard GB/T 19277-1. The instrument automatically adds water, stirs, and drains water, and is equipped with a built-in condensation dehumidification device. The entire experimental process is fully automated, making your biodegradation experiments more convenient.
Compost method weighing method biodegradation instrument: M2400W, M1200W series, using compost method for cultivation and weighing method for detection, meeting the national standard GB/T 19277-2; this series of equipment has high stability in test results, is not disturbed by the error of detection probes, features an upper-opening design for easy operation, and allows manual sampling during the experiment, making it suitable for biodegradation process research. M2400W plus, M1200W plus series, using compost method for cultivation and weighing method for detection, meeting the national standard GB/T 19277-2; the experiment process is fully automated with automatic water addition, automatic stirring, and automatic dehumidification, making your experiments more convenient.
Electrolytic respirometry biodegradation instrument: T9000C, T1200C, T2400C series, compliant with national standard GB/T 19276-1; featuring a closed reaction system, electrolytic copper sulfate oxygen supply, hydroponic culture, and coulometric detection of oxygen consumption. It offers high detection accuracy, generating a good biodegradation curve with just 100 mg of the test sample. It is more suitable for the biodegradability testing of trace samples and has a distinct advantage in seawater biodegradation testing.
Hydroponic infrared biodegradation instrument: T2400 plus, T1200 plus series, in compliance with national standard GB/T 19276-2; it adopts hydroponic culture, magnetic stirring, and can simultaneously detect two or more gases such as carbon dioxide and methane; only 2 grams of test sample is needed to complete the detection of biodegradation rate.
Anaerobic biodegradation instrument: CH2400, CH1200 series, in compliance with national standards GB/T 33797-2017 and GB/T 32106-2015. It adopts anaerobic reaction method, uses nitrogen as carrier gas, and dynamically scans to detect the generation of methane and carbon dioxide, capable of precisely measuring the real-time concentration and total amount of carbon dioxide and methane during the anaerobic biodegradation process.
Methane potential testing systems: BMP1200, BMP2400 series, in compliance with the national standard GB/T 32106-2015. They adopt anaerobic reaction and exhaust gas detection methods. By measuring the volume of gas generated during anaerobic reactions, the biodegradation rate of anaerobic reactions can be calculated. They can also be used for the mechanism research of bio-new energy gases.
Fermentation equipment: single glass fermentation tank BF1000; row glass fermentation tank BF4000; single stainless steel fermentation tank TF1000; row stainless steel fermentation tank TF3000; bench-top single cell bioreactor CF1000; bench-top row cell bioreactor CF6000; anaerobic fermentation online gas analyzer YF1200; aerobic fermentation online gas analyzer HF1200. Thmorgan has completed the technological leap from traditional fermentation tanks to intelligent fermentation tanks, and can control the operation status of the fermentation tank through the analysis results of the tail gas state of the fermentation tank.
