The Thmorgan compost infrared biodegradation instrument M2400 can meet the testing requirements of GB/T19277.1- and ISO14855.1; it can be used for the research on the biodegradability of bio-based materials and products, composting biodegradability testing, and also for standard experiments to determine the amount of carbon dioxide released under simulated aerobic composting conditions.
It adopts a solid culture and open oxygen supply design method to simulate a strongly aerobic environment; it has high detection accuracy and can measure the release of carbon dioxide online; it displays the concentration and cumulative amount of carbon dioxide and methane simultaneously and can export them in the form of charts; it has a wide detection range with a maximum detection upper limit of up to 10,000 ppm; it features a silent design with 24 independent controllable gas supply channels and a sound level below 45 dB; it uses air bath temperature control with a temperature regulation accuracy of ±0.1℃; it has a top-opening sliding door design on the temperature control chamber for convenient operation; it is equipped with a cloud platform for detection, allowing online observation of data and curves, etc.
