【New Product Release】Nucleic Acid Extraction and Fluorescence Quantitative Integrated Machine GPQ1000
To meet the needs of customers, Tomogen Biotech has launched the nucleic acid extraction and fluorescence quantitative integrated instrument GPQ1000. This instrument consists of five parts: an automatic nucleic acid extraction module, an automatic pipetting module, an automatic sealing module, a qPCR detection module, and a report output module. The instrument uses the magnetic bead method to achieve fully automatic nucleic acid extraction. The extracted nucleic acid samples are transferred to the reaction tubes through the automatic pipetting module and mixed with the pre-set detection reagents to complete the PCR reaction system. Then, the PCR plate is sealed by the automatic sealing module, and the PCR amplification and fluorescence signal detection are automatically completed in the qPCR detection module. Finally, the qPCR detection report is automatically generated and output.
The equipment is suitable for gene expression research: quantitative/qualitative gene expression analysis, SNP genotyping, microRNA analysis, methylation analysis, etc., melting curve analysis, high-throughput sample screening: automatically complete the loading, nucleic acid extraction and qPCR detection of human blood, body fluids, hair, muscle and other samples; it can automatically complete the loading, nucleic acid extraction and qPCR detection of animal and plant tissues, microorganisms, cells and other samples; it can automatically complete the loading, nucleic acid extraction and fluorescence quantitative PCR analysis of various viruses in an integrated manner, and operate fully automatically throughout the process, achieving sample in and result out.
This product features a zoned design, ultraviolet sterilization, and HEPA filtration to minimize contamination to the greatest extent. The entire process is highly automated: from sample loading, nucleic acid extraction, qPCR testing to report generation, all are automatically executed without human intervention. The system operates in a fully enclosed manner, ensuring zero contact between laboratory personnel and samples, and providing a safe operation environment. The magnetic bead method for nucleic acid extraction offers high efficiency and stable purity. It has high throughput, capable of processing 1 to 96 samples at a time. It is highly efficient, completing sample testing within 2 hours. It is highly adaptable, meeting the requirements of various types of samples and tests. The qPCR detection module has 6-color fluorescence detection channels, providing high detection sensitivity.
