【New Product Release】 Online Gas Analyzer GAS 2000
To meet the needs of customers, Thmorgan Biotech has launched the online gas analyzer GAS 2000. This device can monitor the composition and concentration of gases in real time and automatically calculate the cumulative volume of gases. The system adopts fully automatic PLC control technology to precisely control the gas flow rate. The gas to be tested is first drawn in by a peristaltic pump and then enters the pre-cooling and dehumidification unit, where it undergoes condensation and dehumidification through Peltier electronic cooling. It then passes through a silica gel drying filter and dust removal process. The dry and clean gas subsequently enters a high-precision sensor for real-time concentration detection. The system integrates the real-time concentration, flow rate, and time of the gas to be tested to accurately obtain the cumulative volume of the gas.
The equipment is suitable for the concentration detection of gases such as O2, CO2, CO, and CH4 in the air, and is also applicable for the online monitoring and real-time recording of the concentrations of these gases in high-risk industrial plants. It supports the automatic generation of data curves and is also suitable for the environmental protection field, where it can monitor and record the content of harmful gases in the air in real time.
This product features a high-precision gas flow rate control unit; it is equipped with a peristaltic pump, allowing for the detection of the concentration and total volume of static gases; a high-precision concentration monitoring unit; high detection accuracy, enabling the online determination of gas release volume; and a pre-cooling and dehumidification unit, which can efficiently dehumidify and protect the detection probe.
