The Flower Research Institute of the Liaoning Academy of Agricultural Sciences successfully completed the installation and commissioning of the Thmorgan biodegradation instrument M1200.

From April 14th to 16th, 2026, the compost infrared biological degradation instrument M1200, independently developed and produced by Beijing Thmorgan, was officially installed at the Flower Research Institute of the Liaoning Academy of Agricultural Sciences. It has successfully completed installation and commissioning and entered a stable operation phase. This marks another significant application of Thmorgan in the field of agricultural environmental protection research.

The Thmorgan compost infrared biodegradation instrument M1200 meets the testing requirements of GB/T19277.1-2011 and ISO14855.1 standards; it is suitable for the research on the biodegradability of bio-based materials and products; it is applicable to the biodegradability testing by composting method; and it is suitable for the analysis and evaluation of the biodegradability performance of agricultural wastes (such as straw, agricultural films, etc.). The equipment is equipped with high-precision temperature control, automatic data recording and multi-channel parallel detection functions, which can meet the needs of scientific research units for real-time monitoring of the degradation process and data traceability.

The Flower Research Institute of the Liaoning Academy of Agricultural Sciences has long been committed to research in areas such as sustainable agricultural development, soil health protection, and rural environmental governance. The introduction of the M1200 equipment this time will mainly be used for the evaluation of the degradation performance of biodegradable agricultural mulching films and related experiments on the resource utilization of agricultural organic waste, providing data support for the development of regional green agriculture.

The Thmorgan technical team provided on-site installation, commissioning and system operation training for the hospital's scientific researchers, ensuring that the equipment parameters were set reasonably and data collection was accurate. The teachers gave feedback that the M1200 operated stably, had a user-friendly interface, and could effectively improve the efficiency of experiments and the reliability of data.

The successful launch of the M1200 once again validates TOMOGEN's technical strength and service capabilities in the field of biodegradation testing equipment. Thmorgan will continue to drive product innovation to support China's agricultural green transformation and the achievement of the "dual carbon" goals.

Beijing Thmorgan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. independently developed six major series of biological degradation evaluation systems, including compost infrared method, compost weighing method, electrolytic respiration method, hydroponic infrared method, anaerobic reaction, and methane potential test. These systems cover various detection scenarios such as full degradation materials, organic solid waste, and bioenergy. They have been widely applied in universities, research institutions, and testing agencies.

Focusing on the core areas of life science, increasing research and development investment year by year, continuously launching self-developed blockbuster products, and helping to continuously break through the cutting-edge technologies in life science - this is the meaning of the efforts of the Thmorgan people!
