The Thmorgan compost infrared biodegradation instrument M2400 Plus was successfully installed and debugged at Qilu University of Technology.

The Thmorgan composting infrared biodegradation instrument M2400 Plus complies with the testing requirements of the GB/T19277.1-2011 standard. It is suitable for basic research on biodegradation, external testing by quality inspection institutes, external testing services provided by third-party institutions, self-inspection by biobased material production enterprises, and formulation optimization.
The instrument adopts a motion scanning design, capable of simultaneously detecting both carbon dioxide and methane gases; it can collect concentration data with high resolution and high frequency, and display concentration and total data in real time; it has functions of automatic stirring, automatic water addition, automatic water drainage, and air bath temperature control; and it has a cloud platform that allows remote data access, and the dual flowmeter design ensures accurate and reliable flow rate detection.

Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences) is a public engineering university located in Jinan, Shandong Province. It was formed by the integration of the former Qilu University of Technology and Shandong Academy of Sciences in 2017 and is a key application-oriented university in Shandong Province.
Its core feature is the integration of education and research, meaning that both teaching and research are given equal emphasis. The school is hailed as "the cradle of entrepreneurs and the fertile ground for engineers". Leveraging the advantages of this integration, the school implements an integrated "research, production, application and use" talent training model, encouraging students to enter laboratories and research teams earlier. In recent years, it has won multiple national gold awards in top-level competitions such as the China International University Students' Innovation Competition.

Recently, the Beijing Tomorgan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. successfully completed the installation and commissioning of the M2400 Plus composting infrared bio-degradation instrument, which was independently developed by the company. The Tomorgan after-sales engineering team provided comprehensive training for the laboratory teachers and students, covering the equipment principle, operation procedures, and data analysis, to ensure that the equipment could effectively serve research and teaching purposes. Their professional and meticulous service was highly praised by the research team.

Thmorgan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. independently developed six major series of biological degradation evaluation systems, including compost infrared method, compost weighing method, electrolytic respiration method, hydroponic infrared method, anaerobic reaction, and methane potential test. These systems cover various detection scenarios such as full degradation materials, organic solid waste, and bioenergy. They have been widely applied in universities, research institutions, and testing organizations.

Focusing on the core areas of life sciences, increasing research and development investment year by year, constantly launching self-developed blockbuster products, and helping to continuously break through the cutting-edge technologies in life sciences - this is the meaning of the efforts of the Thmorgan people!
