【New Product Release】Freeze Crusher CK400
To meet the grinding and crushing demands of customers, Tomogen Biotech has launched the Cryogenic Grinder CK4000. This instrument utilizes the deep freezing properties of liquid nitrogen to make materials brittle and modify their properties, combined with the powerful crushing ability of the ultrafine grinder, to achieve low-temperature ultrafine grinding of materials. The injection of liquid nitrogen is automatically controlled, eliminating the need for manual intervention and ensuring greater safety.
It is suitable for low-temperature grinding of plastic samples such as PE, PP, PVC, PET, and ABS; textile and silk samples; dry samples such as tree roots, straw, and bark; tissue samples such as muscle, intestinal lining, and ligaments; and heat-sensitive samples such as Chinese herbal decoction pieces and dried fruits and vegetables.
This product features online liquid nitrogen low-temperature freezing grinding; it performs better on sticky, tough, and flexible samples; the grinding fineness can reach 120-300 mesh; it has a large processing capacity, with a grinding rate of 1-4 kg/h; and it adopts a fully enclosed structure, ensuring good safety and low noise.
