4. Equipped with a fully automatic data acquisition and processing system; current data, historical data, and data curves can be recorded, queried, and exported via USB drive.
III. Working Principle:
This device is an instrument capable of real-time monitoring of the release volume of gas produced during anaerobic fermentation and automatically calculating its cumulative amount. The inlet of the online gas analyzer for anaerobic fermentation is connected to the exhaust port of the anaerobic fermentation tank. During the fermentation process, the generated gas is introduced into the analyzer through the gas path. The analyzer adopts fully automatic PLC control technology. The exhaust gas produced by anaerobic fermentation is monitored in real time by a high-precision pressure sensor for pressure changes, establishing a functional relationship between the exhaust volume of the mixed gas produced by anaerobic fermentation and the pressure. When the system pressure reaches the threshold, the exhaust is initiated, and the exhaust frequency is automatically recorded to measure the total amount of the mixed gas produced by anaerobic fermentation.
