I. Product Usage: 
It can be used in conjunction with 1-20L small-scale aerobic fermentation tanks and bioreactors to achieve real-time feedback and regulation control of the fermentation process parameters. 
2. It can be used in conjunction with 20-100L pilot-scale fermentation tanks to meet the gas monitoring requirements during the process scaling-up process. 
3. It can be used in conjunction with large-scale fermentation tanks of 100 liters or more, providing data support for the entire process of gas monitoring in large-scale production. 
4. It can be used for real-time monitoring and recording of the concentrations and total amounts of gases such as carbon dioxide and oxygen during the fermentation process.

III. Working Principle: 
    The aerobic fermentation online gas analyzer is connected to the fermentation tank through a three-way valve. During the fermentation process, some of the generated gases are introduced into the analyzer through the gas path. The analyzer adopts fully automatic PLC control technology, which can precisely control the gas flow rate. The fermentation tail gas first enters the pre-cooling and dehumidification unit, where it is condensed and dehumidified by the Peltier electronic refrigeration, then passes through silica gel drying, filtration and dust removal treatment, and the dry and clean gas subsequently enters the high-precision sensor for real-time concentration detection. The system performs integral operations based on the real-time concentration, flow rate and time of the gas, accurately obtaining the cumulative amount of the fermentation tail gas. The system feeds back the data in real time to the fermentation tank control system, providing a basis for optimizing the fermentation process and intelligent control.
