5. Equipped with a fully automated data acquisition and processing system;

6. Equipped with a front-mounted refrigeration and dehumidification unit for efficient dehumidification and protection of the detection probe;

III. Operating Principle:

This instrument enables real-time monitoring of gas composition and concentration, as well as automatic calculation of cumulative gas volume. The system employs fully automated PLC control to precisely regulate gas flow rate. The sample gas is drawn in by a peristaltic pump, first passing through a pre-cooling and dehumidification unit where Peltier-based electronic cooling induces condensation and moisture removal; it then undergoes further drying and filtration using silica gel, along with dust removal. The resulting dry, clean gas is subsequently routed to a high-precision sensor for real-time concentration measurement. The system integrates the real-time concentration, flow rate, and time data of the sample gas to accurately determine the cumulative gas volume.
