III. Operating Principle:
The instrument comprises five modules: a fully automated nucleic acid extraction module, an automated liquid-handling module, an automated sealing module, a qPCR detection module, and a report-output module. It employs a magnetic-bead-based method for fully automated nucleic acid extraction; the extracted nucleic acid samples are then transferred to reaction tubes via the automated liquid-handling module and mixed with pre-loaded assay reagents to establish the PCR reaction mix. The automated sealing module subsequently seals the PCR plates, after which the qPCR detection module automatically performs PCR amplification and fluorescence signal detection. Finally, a qPCR test report is automatically generated and output.
