III. Operating Principle:

The instrument comprises six modules: an autosampler module, a fully automated nucleic acid extraction module, an automated liquid-handling module, an automated sealing module, a qPCR detection module, and a report-generation module. The instrument can automatically open lids and collect samples; it employs a magnetic-bead-based method for fully automated nucleic acid extraction. Following extraction, the nucleic acid sample is automatically transferred to reaction tubes via the liquid-dispensing and sampling module and mixed with pre-loaded assay reagents to establish the PCR reaction mix. The automated sealing module then seals the PCR plates, after which the qPCR detection module automatically performs amplification and fluorescence signal detection. Finally, the instrument automatically generates and outputs the qPCR test report. With seamless integration among all modules, the entire nucleic acid testing process is fully automated, truly achieving “sample in, report out.”
