3. Product Principle

      This instrument lysates cell and tissue samples using a lysis buffer, allowing nucleic acid molecules to be released from the sample and specifically adsorbed onto the surface of magnetic beads. Proteins and other impurities are not adsorbed and remain in the solution. By using a magnetic stir bar to move the nucleic acid–bearing magnetic beads to different reagent wells, and through repeated, rapid mixing to thoroughly homogenize the liquid, the process proceeds through steps such as cell lysis, nucleic acid adsorption, washing, and elution, ultimately yielding pure nucleic acids.
