High-Throughput Gas Dehumidification System
I. Product Applications:
1. Deep dehumidification suitable for multi-channel moist and hot gases;

3. By linking with upstream and downstream equipment such as reaction devices and detection instruments, the entire process—from gas dehumidification to detection—can be fully automated and controlled.
II. Product Features:
1. The condenser tube is directly connected to the condensing flask, achieving initial dehumidification.
2. The gas after dehumidification in the condensation bottle is passed into a silica gel bottle to achieve secondary dehumidification.
3. Condensate in the condenser bottle can be automatically drained;
4. 12 condensation dehumidification channels to meet customers’ diverse sample requirements;
5. The condensate drainage time can be set according to requirements;
III. Working Principle:
This device is used for pre-treatment and protection prior to gas detection. It features a dual-dehumidification design consisting of low-temperature condensation combined with a desiccant bottle, creating a stable, low-humidity environment. Equipped with fully automatic control, it precisely regulates the condensation temperature and automatically drains condensed water, ensuring reliable dehumidification performance. This stable gas supply is ideal for applications such as gas analysis, optimization of biodegradation and fermentation processes, environmental monitoring, and other similar scenarios, thereby guaranteeing the accuracy of detectors and the reliability of test data.
