Three-product principle: 
By taking advantage of the cryogenic properties of liquid nitrogen to cause material brittleness modification, combined with the powerful crushing capability of the ultra-micro pulverizer, the material can be processed through low-temperature ultra-fine grinding. The injection of liquid nitrogen is automatically controlled, without the need for manual intervention, making it safer.

Six operation steps: 
1. Align the liquid nitrogen outlet with the feed port of the grinder and start the grinder. 
2. Turn on the liquid nitrogen control switch, and the liquid nitrogen will flow into the grinding tank. 
3. Put the sample into the grinder for processing; 
4. After the sample processing is completed, turn off the power of the grinder. 
5. Turn off the liquid nitrogen control switch; 
6. Remove the liquid nitrogen tank for cleaning. 


Seven Precautions 
1. When cleaning the instrument, please wear thick gloves and be careful to avoid frostbite. 
2. The instrument should be used in a dry and well-ventilated environment. 
3. The duration of liquid nitrogen freezing should not be too long to avoid damaging the blade.
