3. Product Principle

This instrument lyses cell and tissue samples using a lysis buffer, allowing nucleic acid molecules released from the sample to specifically adsorb onto the surface of magnetic beads, while proteins and other impurities remain in the supernatant and are not adsorbed. Magnetic rods are used to move the nucleic acid‑bearing magnetic beads to different reagent wells, where repeated, rapid mixing thoroughly homogenizes the liquid. Through steps such as cell lysis, nucleic acid adsorption, washing, and elution, pure nucleic acids are ultimately obtained.
