A product features:

Two product uses:
1. Detect green fluorescent protein (GFP) gene, red fluorescent protein (DsRed) gene of plants: rice, wheat, corn, soybean, cotton, Arabidopsis, etc.;
2. Detection of GFP, DsRed gene transfer animals: mice, rabbits, monkeys, etc.;
3. Detect microorganisms transferring GFP and DsRed genes: bacteria, fungi, yeast, etc.;
4. The tissue-specific expressions of GFP and DsRed genes were detected.

Three working principles:
The blue light source irradiated green fluorescent protein (GFP) and stimulated green fluorescence. Red fluorescent protein (DsRed) was stimulated by green light source. The filter blocks all the reflected light, allowing only the corresponding fluorescence to pass through.
Four technical parameters:
1. Excitation light source: blue, green double excitation light;
Blue excitation light source wavelength range: 445-488 nm;
Green excitation light source wavelength range: 520-532 nm;
2. Filter system: the filter blocks all reflected light and only allows the corresponding fluorescence to pass through;
