III. Working Principle:

This device is an instrument capable of real-time monitoring of gas release volumes generated during anaerobic fermentation and automatically calculating their cumulative totals. Employing fully automated PLC control technology, the system continuously monitors pressure changes via high-precision pressure sensors. It establishes a functional relationship between the exhaust volume of mixed gases generated by anaerobic reactions and pressure levels. When system pressure reaches a threshold, exhaust is initiated. By automatically recording exhaust cycles, the total volume of mixed gases produced during anaerobic reactions is quantified. This makes it an ideal device for monitoring tail gases from anaerobic biodegradation and anaerobic fermentation processes.
