Online Gas Analyzer for Anaerobic Fermentation

Online Gas Analyzer for Anaerobic Fermentation

Brand: Thmorgan
Model: YGD1200

I. Product Applications:

1. Can be integrated with 1–20 L small-scale anaerobic fermenters to enable real-time feedback and adaptive control of fermentation process parameters;

2. Can be used in conjunction with 20–100 L pilot-scale fermenters to meet gas-monitoring requirements during process scale-up.

3. Can be integrated with large fermentation tanks of 100 L or greater, providing data support for comprehensive gas monitoring throughout the entire scale-up production process;

4. It can be used for real-time monitoring and recording of the concentrations and total amounts of gases such as carbon dioxide and methane during fermentation.

5. Suitable for environmental monitoring and scientific research, enabling real-time detection and recording of methane gas concentrations;

II. Product Features:

1. Equipped with a high-precision pressure monitoring unit;

2. Online measurement of gas release rate with high monitoring accuracy;

3. Innovative trace-gas flow measurement technology that enables simultaneous monitoring of multiple gas streams over a wide measurement range;

4. Equipped with a fully automated data acquisition and processing system; current data, historical data, and data curves can be recorded, queried, and exported via USB flash drive.

III. Operating Principle:

This device is an instrument capable of continuously monitoring the volume of gas released during anaerobic fermentation and automatically calculating its cumulative total. The inlet of the online anaerobic fermentation gas analyzer is connected to the vent of the anaerobic fermentation vessel, allowing the gases produced during fermentation to be routed through the gas pathway into the analyzer; the analyzer employs fully automated Using PLC control technology, the exhaust gas generated during anaerobic fermentation is monitored in real time for pressure changes via a high-precision pressure sensor. A functional relationship is established between the volume of the mixed gas produced during anaerobic fermentation and the system pressure; when the system pressure reaches a preset threshold, the venting process is initiated. The number of venting events is automatically recorded, thereby enabling the accurate measurement of the total volume of the mixed gas produced during anaerobic fermentation.
