III. Product Principle

Under an oxygen-free environment, microorganisms undergo anaerobic reactions. The products of anaerobic reactions are carbon dioxide and methane. This instrument provides a good reaction unit, establishing a functional relationship between the exhaust volume and pressure of the mixed gas generated by the anaerobic reaction. When the system pressure reaches the threshold, the exhaust is started, and the total amount of mixed gas generated by the anaerobic reaction is measured by automatically recording the number of exhausts.
