III. Product Principle
Under anaerobic conditions, at appropriate temperature and humidity conditions, bio-based materials undergo anaerobic biodegradation reactions due to the metabolism of anaerobic microorganisms generating methane and carbon dioxide as final products. By detecting the total amount of methane generated throughout the process and comparing it to the theoretical amount, the anaerobic biodegradation rate is determined. and carbon dioxide 的生成量,与理论生成量的比值,为厌氧反应生物降解率。
