16. Software: shooting software and image analysis software
16.1 The shooting software can be used to shoot all fluorescent and visible light samples from ultraviolet to red, green and blue light bands.
16.2 After placing the sample, the lens will focus on the sample automatically.
16.3 The image contrast can be adjusted through histogram, and three exposure modes can be provided: automatic exposure, single frame shooting and integral shooting. The exposure time can be customized and the Marker merge option can be selected according to needs to generate a new image. The captured image can be directly entered into the analysis software for analysis.
16.4 The captured image can be rotated, cropped, contrast-enhanced and automatically optimized through the analysis software, and has the functions of swimlane recognition, strip recognition, background calibration, genetic number analysis, VNTRs analysis, ECL Western Blot analysis, PCR density analysis, colony/clone analysis, spot hybridization analysis and distance measurement analysis, which can quickly help users interpret the sample.
