Three, product principle

This experiment system simulation biological base material under the condition of aerobic composting, the determination of the ultimate aerobic decomposition capacity and the degree of disintegration.

Under the action of microorganisms, bio-based materials consume oxygen to decompose and produce inorganic materials such as carbon dioxide and water. The carbon dioxide produced is monitored in real time by high-precision infrared sensors.The biodegradation rate is the percentage of the actual carbon dioxide release of the sample and the theoretical carbon dioxide release of the sample.

When the experiment is over, it can be used to determine the disintegration degree of the experimental material and also to measure the mass loss of the experimental material.

Six, experimental examples

This as a unit by using the M1200 type composting biodegradation, reference method of GB/T19277.1-2011 standards, testing a sample of the experimental results of biodegradable, test cycle is 70 days, the figure 1 shows that within 45 days of cellulose degradation rate reached 81.88%, Within 70 days, the degradation rate of cellulose reached 98.18%. At this time, the growth of each experimental group basically ended and the curve was flat. The experimental design was shown in the following table:
