  三、Product principle:

  The microorganism consumes oxygen in the culture bottle to produce carbon dioxide. The carbon dioxide is absorbed by quicklime. The pressure of the culture bottle is reduced, resulting in a pressure difference between the two sides of the pressure gauge, which leads to the connection of the electrolysis circuit. The copper sulfate solution in the electrolytic bottle produces oxygen by electrolysis, which is added to the culture bottle, so that the pressure in the culture bottle gradually returns to the initial level. The coulometer can accurately monitor the electric quantity of the electrolytic bottle and calculate the oxygen consumption. The ratio of the actual oxygen consumption to the theoretical oxygen consumption is the biodegradation rate of the tested sample.
